BIM Technology – BIM Management in Practice

“The issue of whatever we save time or money by using BIM technology […] is not the question, but would we be able to attempt new tasks without it in the first place?” Asking this question, Holger de Groot, BIM Manager at Stuttgarter Service- und Planungsgesellschaft and Bea Sennewald, Senior Vice President at HDR International started their presentation on Building Information Modelling in practice. […] BIM was one of the most requested topics during the congress at the conference centre of the JAPAN TOWERs in Frankfurt on the 20th and 21st of June. With over 200 participants and 50 speakers and presenters from Germany, Austria, Great Britain and the United States the 3rd congress has shown that there is quite a lot of interest in these subjects leading to a positive response among all participants.
